Terms & Conditions
* Loyalty Program T&C’s – Airfare booking value is excluded from the loyalty program. The value of land will count towards the program on completion of the travel, not the time the booking is made. Once $3,500 in completed travel value for an individual has been achieved a $150 credit will apply towards the next booking to be used at the resort (or a prize/voucher of equal value). The credit value to apply is per booking, not per person and is not transferable. Employees who are no longer apart of the audience group are no longer eligible for any audience group Travel Club benefits. Lounge vouchers are valid when booking return international flights and at least 5 nights’ accommodation. Each person receives a voucher for the Plaza Premium Lounge in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne for up to 4 hours. A full list of Viva Travel’s terms and conditions is available here.
